This website is operated by The ProDecor. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

The item arrived damaged or broken
The item is defective or not functioning as described
You received the wrong item

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page or email us at theprodecor101@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for return. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size/colour selection, so please review your order carefully before purchasing.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at theprodecor101@gmail.com with your order details and photos.

4. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
Items returned without prior approval from our team

5. Order cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at theprodecor101@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 98733 36416. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
